How can I make a reservation?

You must first select the hotel, the number of rooms and dates of the trip. Then, on the calendar icon, you will be able to enter an availability request, which will be confirmed by our team as soon as possible. Once we confirm availability, you will receive an email with payment information, a transaction that is necessary to make the reservation effective.

Can I make same-day reservations?

No. You must do this at least 48 hours in advance.

What is included in the price of the reservation?

It depends on each hotel or program. The details of the included services will appear in each offer.

What is NOT included in the price of the reservation?

It does not include tickets or transportation to and from the airport, except in those programs in which it is explicitly stated.

How can I pay for the reservation?

By credit card or bank transfer.

What if I had problems on site to end the booking?

First check your email (inbox and spam) to see if we’ve sent you the confirmation. If it hasn’t arrived, you can send an email to reservas@smartrip.travel.

How do I find the hotel booking voucher in www.smartrip.travel?

If you do not receive it after payment of the reservation you can consult it in the “My Bookings” section of the website. In case you do not find it, request it from reservas@smartrip.travel.

What if I did not receive the email confirming my reservation?

Send an email to reservas@smartrip.travel.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a voucher confirming your reservation via e-mail or you can check the status in the “My Bookings” section within our website.

How do I open a reservation?

You must send an email to reservas@smartrip.travel,taking into account the cancellation policy of the contracted hotel (which is attached to the voucher).

How do I modify a booking?

You can only modify the data of passengers traveling by sending an email to reservas@smartrip.travel.
You will NOT be able to change: the hotel, dates or other details of the reservation. To cancel it you must send an email to reservas@smartrip.travel, taking into account the cancellation policy of the contracted hotel (which is attached to the voucher).

Is there a cost if I cancel or modify my booking?

It will have no cost, as long as you only modify the data of passengers traveling, sending an email to reservas@smartrip.travel.

Can I book rooms in someone else’s name?

Yes, as long as you register with a valid identification document.

How do I delete my account on www.smartrip.travel?

You must send an email to reservas@smartrip.travel.

If I delete my Smartrip account, are the bookings I have made cancelled?

No. Once the purchase is made, the reservation is registered, regardless of what you do with your account.

Can I create more than one account?

No. If you create a second account, Smartrip may suspend or unregister your records.

Is my information secure in smartrip.travel?

Smartrip delivers a secure site for its customers, however, it will be the responsibility of each user to maintain the confidentiality of their data (for example, not to deliver the key to third parties).

How do I know the Hotel Cancellation Policies?

Cancellation Policies can be found on each hotel’s page.

What should I present at the hotel?

You must present the confirmation voucher that you will receive in your email once the purchase has been made.

How do I review the offers?

There are two ways you can find out about the best deals:

  2. You can subscribe to our newsletter, through which we communicate to our customers the most outstanding offers.
